When to send your request
The seller's own delivery time is the least predictable part of any shipment. In busy weeks, asking early is the simplest way to have things waiting for you instead of the other way round.

Once the goods reach our address in Turkey, a typical shipment is handed over on the island within 3–7 days. The seller's own lead time sits outside that band.

What students ask us
S-01Is there a minimum order?
No. A single item is enough — a charger, a book, one pair of shoes. For small items it usually makes sense to wait a few days and send them together, and we will tell you when that would lower the cost.
S-02Is my order personal use or commercial?
Things for yourself and your flat are personal use — the lighter import regime. We always ask the purpose and declare the real one; if something is bought to be resold, that is commercial and follows different rules.
S-03Can my family hand the parcel over in Turkey?
Yes. We arrange collection inside Turkey; it appears in the quote as its own line, priced by distance and volume. Your family packs, we collect, you receive on the island.
S-04I am an international student. Can I use your address?
Yes. The right address depends on the seller: some ship directly to our intake address in North Cyprus, others only within Turkey. Goods sent from outside Turkey through a Turkish address can be treated as imports twice, so tell us the seller before you order and we will point you to the address that avoids that.
S-05Where do you deliver?
Anywhere on the island — your dorm, your flat or your house, in Famagusta, Nicosia, Kyrenia, Güzelyurt, Lefke or elsewhere. Write the address in the request; delivery is in the quote.
S-06Are you connected to a university?
No. Get2Cyprus is an independent purchasing and logistics service. We mention universities only so you know the service covers every campus town.
Before you order
- Our minimum service fee is 100 USD. The fee varies with product type, number of items and volume, but it does not go below that figure. For a single small order, do the sums first — combine several items into one shipment and the fee spreads across the whole order.
- Invoices are issued in the name of Get2Cyprus. If you place the order yourself, enter our company details in the invoice fields at checkout; we send you those details when we reply to your request. Most sellers will not change an invoice after the order is placed, so enter them from the start. When we do the buying, this is handled for you.
